30-Day Return Policy

Return any unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery date
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
• Items must be free from odours, stains, and damage
• Swimwear and final sale items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons

How To Return

1. Email hello@blushbayboutique.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll send return instructions within 24 business hours
3. Pack items securely and send them back using the instructions provided
4. Once received and inspected, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Contact us within 30 days and we'll arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

Refunds

Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned items. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.
